We currently ship orders to all major cities and regions across Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of processing.
  • Business Days: Our working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

  • Within Major Cities: 4-6 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 4-6 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment's progress. You can track your package on our courier partner’s website or contact us for assistance.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging for verification.
  3. Resolution: We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.

Changes to Shipping Details

If you need to update your shipping address or contact details after placing an order, please notify us immediately. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.
